It was a standard interview process. I sat down and spoke with one of the Partners, and we went into detail about what the position was and how I could fit into the company.

There's the obvious reasons why someone is great, and why they would be a great fit for this position...I want to know the non-obvious ones that make you great. Why are you a good fit here?

Interview
it was a Standard interview process. I believe there was 3 or 4 parts. A screening process with an HR person, then I did a sit down with a Supervisor, and lastly did a Final Interview with the Owner.
It was a group zoom that was diverted into separate groups where it very much felt like they were trying to sell to me more than explain the company. After turning the offer down via text and email they called me two more times.
