A twenty minute telephone interview where general + competency based questions were asked, such as 'what would you do in this situation'? Job was offered pending background and credit checks.
Had a phone interview, followed by a face to face interview. Thought it went well. The manager was great & friendly.
Never heard back, this is where HR could improve in their skills by making the effort to in letting people know instead of leaving them in the dark.

Interview
A four hour process meeting various people. They made me go through meetings with the HR person, the developers , the product guy and the CTO. It's the only interview I've ever been asked to write functions on a whiteboard which is NOT my skillset so it didn't go well!.
However, they never even bothered to get back to me which is poor. After asking someone to come in and grill them for four hours after a 40 minute phone screening at least have the decency to contact them afterwards with feedback. The fact they did not both to contact me at all speaks volumes about how much they value people in their organisation. Avoid.
