Oakley Transport interview questions

The interview process is fairly ok. Just answer specific question. tell them the truth and make sure that you ask them question. do not talk too much, listen and answer specific question related to the questions they are asking you about. SHOW eye contact and make sure to listen . If you do not remember the question, just ask them to repeat the question. Most of them are good about repeating the question. Slow down, do not talk too fast because they are busy writing.

This seemed to be a "do we like this person or not?" style of interviewing, not based on skills or experience. It was a clique (as in will this person fit our clique) interview. I assume that I failed as I NEVER got any answer. No email, no call, nothing. I followed up and got no response at all.
