      Supply Chain Intern Interview

      Nov 10, 2025
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Cleveland, OH
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Oatey (Cleveland, OH) in Nov 2025

      Interview

In my experience, the interview felt rushed and transactional, and the interviewer seemed rather insincere and disinterested in my opinion. Early on, I was told we needed to “move this along” to get to the next interview, which set the tone for the conversation. While the questions were straightforward, there were no follow-ups or opportunities to expand on my responses, making it difficult to gauge engagement. I came prepared, confident in my qualifications, and eager to have a meaningful discussion about the role, but I left feeling that I wasn’t given a real opportunity to demonstrate my fit. It seemed to me that the interviewer wasn't paying attention to the things I was saying. The experience also made me question whether all candidates are consistently given the same level of engagement throughout the interview process, as the interaction felt one-sided and prematurely decided. While I can't speak to the reasoning behind it, the lack of genuine dialogue made it difficult to view the interview as a fair or thorough assessment.
