Unconventional but easy process via WhatsApp. Invited to tour and Q&A at Avonmouth where I expressed keen interest and asked relevant questions. However I was turned down by a generic automated email the next day with no reason given. I have requested feedback but still not received 3 days later. I feel like this is strange considering others experience on here, it felt very much like a shoe-in at that stage so I can not see why I would have been rejected. It seems like they enjoy wasting people's time! Not happy!

Very quick and easy, they ask for previous experience if you have any, any why you’d like to join Ocado and where did you hear about them, straight to the point and they are very friendly
