Take a month start with hr interview, management interview and then move to several test personality then is done they made offer you can review IT and ask explanations including bonus etc
initially very responsive then got lost in their HR system. Passed the first step then was contacted again by another recruiter from OXY. very disorganized HR system. Will never apply for this company.

No difficult questions, but was a very technical interview, passed the phone interview, but was never contacted by HR for second interview, got lost in HR system.
