Oclaro interview questions

As I already knew someone with contacts at the company, I was able to email my CV straight to the management team. After which, a telephone interview was arranged and I was asked about my experience and future career aspirations, along with other generic interview questions.

Human Resources scheduled a phone interview, but cancelled the same day of the interview and asked to reschedule. I gave another day, but no call back. If this is how they treat potential employees, I would not want to work there.
