Ocpc interview questions

Ghosting is not professional and leaves a sour taste for the applicant. Thought a RR Donnelly backed company would be more responsible throughout the hiring process. Followed up after a week of applying. Called local office and was told to speak with a particular HR personnel. Got through and she told me to call another HR rep who handles first round filtering. Phone interview was average. Spoke mainly about work history and print industry. Nothing too detailed. Told I will get an in-person interview. 2 weeks past and I followed up. Said she will hear something shortly. Followed up via email and was told the same thing. Another 2 weeks past and all communication ended. No responses at all. Got ghosted.
