I applied Odessa through my college, it's an on-campus drive held in chennai. Round-1 : They have conducted a hackerrank(Online) test consists of mcqs related to c#,oops,.net and 2 coding questions. Round-2 : From round-2 it's Offline Mode and they have conducted a coding round (Pen-Paper based). It's language independent. Round-3 : After clearing round-2 then it's Group discussion. Round-4 : After clearing round-3 then it's technical interview round. Round-5 : After clearing round-4 then it's HR&MANAGER discussion round. (NOTE : All of the above rounds are elimination rounds)

At first they keep the code paper we done in round-2. we need to explain the code logic line by line.
Discussed OOP, .NET, and SQL concepts in detail. Had a great experience during the selection process. The interview was highly interactive, engaging, insightful, and professionally conducted throughout with positive outcomes.

I have cleared 1st 2 rounds.In technical interview, the team asked about my self intro,my projects, then proceeded to technical questions and they kept us in comfortable manner
