Odine Solutions interview questions

I received a phone call from HR for an initial screening, and a meeting was scheduled for the next step. However, during the meeting, no HR person showed up—only two technical managers. The meeting started directly with technical questions, which was fine. Afterward, I didn’t receive any feedback, just an email asking me to complete an aptitude test (about 3 hours long). I completed and sent it to HR but never received any rejection or progress update (2 months as this review written). The company completely ghosted me, which reflects a lack of professionalism.

Underestimation of the current job position value. Setting low expectation for yearly salary increase and demanding high expaction for work delivery. Positioning job value local while asking international service quality.
