My experience with the recruiter’s communication was extremely poor. Even after providing full-day avaialability on two separate working days, we couldn't manage to schedule a basic phone call for two weeks.
Responses were extremely slow, often taking 2–3 days for a single reply. It also makes me question whether their manager is monitoring workload or calendar capacity, because the level of dizorganization is not how recruitment should be handled.
When I shared my avaialability I didn't hear back for three days. By the time the recruiter finally responded, the slot I offered was no longer available. When I explained that I have another meeting planned in the meantime, I received a generic rejection email. This generic rejection at the end felt dismissive and passive-aggressive, which already added to an already frustrating experience.
