I was initially rejected but they relisted the role, asking specifically for new applicants to the role. I kindly asked if they would reconsider my application. At first I emailed but when I didn’t receive a response I gave a phone call. The lady in HR told me that she’d be in the office the next day and have a look at my file. I heard nothing back for almost two weeks, all the while I was emailing and calling. I only heard back when I made it known that I intend on making a review of my application experience online. Feedback was nitpicky, suggesting that I wasn't clear enough in my Essential Criteria question. If I was provided the feedback and given the opportunity to re-apply, I would have been more than happy to clarify any of their queries in relation to my answers. I'm disappointed that the opportunity to reapply was disallowed.
