First, it was a telephone screening, then (for out of staters), it was skype type interview with three levels of management, then interview with higher level of management. The overall process took four months. The duration of the skype interview was about three hours.

The interview almost a full day process. First met with HR Associate, then met with Hiring manager, then with the manager of the hiring manager., then met with prospective colleague. Duration of each interview was 1/2 hour. The questions they asked were relevant to the role applied for.
