Completed two quizzes, an hour long technical interview and was then scheduled for an online interview during which the interviewer failed to show up. After I reached out, they said they would like to reschedule. After the rescheduled online interview they invited me to their lab. I expected this to be a continuation of the online interview, maybe an hour. However, the lab visited stretched into a 3 and a half hour visit in which they detailed the work I would be doing for them, asked when I could start and concluded the lab visit saying they'd be in touch with more details including a salary offer. I heard nothing from them for weeks despite following up. Eventually, they sent a generic and poorly worded rejection email, even referencing two different roles in the email.
Disappointing lack of regard towards my time and poor communication throughout the whole process.
