I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ogilvy Health (Parsippany, NJ)
Interview
Pretty much the basic interview questions. I received a phone call from HR two weeks after I submitted my online application to come in for an in-person interview. I met with two people for 30 minutes each. However, I never heard back from them after following up. They have no respect for the candidates time and seem to lack empathy in the hiring process.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Ogilvy Health (New York, NY)
Interview
Phone interview followed by and in person interview. The interview lasted around three hours, and met with employees from different departments. They will follow up in a week with an update. However, there was no communication with a follow up or any information regarding the job.
Was called in, interviewed with about 6 people (two different teams)..not many of them took it very seriously..it seems like no one knew what the previous interviewers asked. Told me a lot about the other interviewed. Was called about a week later and offered the position.
