Interview

It was a strange experience. The interview was slated at the end of the day at an odd time. The person conducting the interview was over 45 mins late. He was there in the office, just wasn't coming over. There were multiple rounds which had to be done in person. Multiple tests, each trying to gauge "skill". Very random HR.

They had been indecisive initially and called for the interview but the person who was supposed to be interviewing wasn't available. It is too long and unnecessary a tedious process to get to the real person to be interviewing you.

I spoke to Business Head in 1st round and the founder in 2nd round. It was a meaningful meeting and I got the feedback then and there as they respect people's time. I really appreciate the honesty and the professionalism to give feedback and also to suggest some ways we can improve upon.
