quick phone interview, one in-person interview, then offered the job and you conduct one "working interview" which lets you shadow a shift to get the idea of how everything works

The pay came out to less than 5 dollars an hour and was a stipend recieved upon completion. I just had a bad gut feeling about it. If they no longer need you 2 weeks before would they still pay? Who knows? I didnt go through with the second interview.
