Omega Therapeutics interview questions

First round was directly with manager. Very detailed question were asked. And they choose candidate with many years of experience for an entry-level basis internship. Asking questions way out of the job description and resume.

I was referred to Omega via a recruiting agency. The interview process was 2 rounds and lasted about two weeks (from first interview to offer). I met with the hiring manager for the first round and then the following week, I met with the leadership team (about 5 VPs/SVPs and an Ops lead). Questions were pretty standard and led to genuine conversations.
