I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Omnicell
Interview
Interviews went well. Started with phone screen with HR.
Next, phone screen with manager. Video call with manager. Ended with video call speaking to other departments. After multiple rounds, never heard back from HR.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Omnicell
Interview
After the recruiter call, there were three rounds. The first with the hiring manager, and the other two with would-be peers. The hiring manager began with an introduction, his role, background with the company, then asked about my background and personal interests. Of course, why am I looking, and why Omnicell. From there, it was tell me about a time type of questions. Very comfortable, conversational. He was clearly looking for behaviors. After concluding the questioning, he explained the team function and dynamic, why they are hiring, and what he would need from me if selected. Second round with would-be peer opened similarly to the first, and the approach and vibe matched the first. After the questions I was told about some of the challenges the org is currently facing and asked specifically how I would work to approach them, what's my 30/60/90 thought process. Third opened like the first two, and the conversation was also much the same. This time I was told what is working well with the team, then pivoted into challenges (some different ones mentioned than in the second round), again asked how I would approach them.

Question 1
Tell me about a significant problem in which any possible solution required multiple cross functional stakeholders be involved. How did you approach it and what was the outcome?
You'll be coming onto a diverse team where some of your directs will be remote, some on-site, all the while you yourself would be hybrid. How would you establish positive working relationships with the team?
I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Omnicell (Jacksonville, FL) in Jan 2017
Interview
I was just processed, but my candicacy was not taken seriously. Every step of the process was done from phone screen, in person interview, to offer letter, hire date, to Vice President approval, filling out the I-9, W2, etc. But, never got onboard. Looks like recruiter will delay at every opportune moment. They will say they will call you tomorrow. That to them means they will call you in "5" weeks. Maybe they are hourly contractors milking it, not sure.
