4 long professional questions, 3 video interview tasks at the very first step of application. Without completing them you can’t even upload your CV. Spent one day finishing all these tasks and then got ghosted. Not even a reply of refusal. Full of disrespect and a total waste of time.

The HR team is highly unprofessional, unstructured. The one who interviewed me wasnt' the one who contacted me, which is fine but should let the interviewee know. But they didn't provide any explanation. During the interview, the HR was constantly distracted by someone outside the screen when I was talking. It was extremly impolite. The HR lack the concentration on what I was talking. The HR didn't react to my answers but just keep asking whatever they want. It was more like they want to have this interview done quickly by just saying what they wanted instead of having an effective two way conversation.
