1. First round was a casual video call with the CEO. He briefed me about the interview process and explained the company's vision.
2. Second round was a Java assignment for developing Spring boot microservices.
3. Tech Round with CTO
Final result: Rejected (As I never heard back from them.)
To me, CTO felt not very experienced. He was not able to properly put the context of the question. For example, he asked me about the "n+1 query problem", and when I asked if it is related to ORM, he replied is it is general problem relating to DBs.
Even If would have got selected I would have rejected the offer.
