On Target Performance Systems interview questions

The interview process was an initial phone interview talking about your qualifications. If you passed the first step you then came in to the office for the interview for a skills verification test to test your database skills with a one hour time limit. After completion of the exam, I was then shown by the manager how the software the company uses works and operates.
