I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at On Your Mark (Staten Island, NY) in December 2012.

    Interview

There was only one interview with typical questions, such as strengths and reasons for being interested in the company. After sending my resume, it took them a while to get back to me (almost a month, from what I remember). After the interview, they have you come in to fill out a massive application. You also need to be finger printed and have a background check and everything as you will be working with at risk individuals.
