One Big Circle interview questions

The interview process itself was straightforward, and I was made to feel comfortable throughout. At the end, I was asked to complete an Excel test, which seemed a little strange as it was not relevant to the role I was interviewing for. Unfortunately, I was completely ghosted by the recruitment team afterwards. Even after emailing to ask for an update, I received no response. As someone applying for entry-level positions, this was particularly disheartening. I understand that not every candidate will be successful, but clear communication and a simple update would have been greatly appreciated.
