Assessment was different and fun, consisted of different tasks throughout the day, including a presentation about a business idea, 30 second video of why you're suitable for the company, written assessment (might vary - I had to reply to a complaint and explain the steps taken for a solution), an interview with hiring managers. most important thing is how you communicate! not a competition with other people, just showcase your strengths and show you're a team player. Don't be shy or nervous, take a hands on approach.
