I applied online. I interviewed at OneLife Suffolk (Ipswich, England) in Dec 2022
Interview
Was impressed to get an interview invite before the closing date where interviews were held across 2 days. One of the things that stood out whilst researching the organisation was just over a year ago the role was 'fixed term' so I had my doubts somehow this was one of those job already gone public sector type interviews. I wasn't proved far wrong, on one of the coldest days, I was in the interview room for all of 20 minutes not the 1 hour stated. For a person centered organisation, baffled how they ask no questions about yourself as a person/character. It has made me appreciate why other employers ask to get to know someone, where you live, hobbies etc. A cold clinical point score fearing, get em out as some as we can interview. Great shame. They probably decided I was to fat for them on the whole 5 second impression thing.. There is a public car park next to the building for future interviewees for those not local to Ipswich.
