I started with an email exchange with the recruiter. We exchanged about 6 emails on LinkedIn before I received the first screening interview. I went through two interviews with the recruiter from One Roof. The recruiter explained to me that she was very excited about my candidacy for the position. I was told I was to be interviewed by the VP. of Culture and Personnel, but the interview didn't happen. After I called the recruiter to fine out why, she said the company had shifted directions on the need for the position.
