InterviewI applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at OneSpot (Austin, TX) in Sep 2018
Really good interview process. Consisted of an hour long phone tech screen, followed by a 5 hour on site. Only practical questions were asked, no algorithmic puzzle problems which never actually come up in programming. Everyone was super chill and accommodating. Best interview process I've had in my job hunt. Didn't get the position but I assume it was small culture fit things. Regardless, seems like a great place to work.
