The first interview was a phone interview with an internal recruiter. Standard questions about work history and knowledge base. It was overall pleasant.
Second interview was with a team lead. Again, standard questions about work history and knowledge base. A little about team cohesiveness. Again, overall pleasant.
Third interview required a non ADA compliant Excel test that was meant to measure how you process data while being watched as you did it. I was told I would have 30 minutes to review the instructions and information prior to the test. Turns out it was only 15 minutes before, however I never received them prior to the call and was sent them at the start of the call and was pressured to review and move forward on the spot. Generally the interviewer/reviewer was unpleasant. Seemed to make hard judgments the moment we arrived in the call. I was put under the impression that how I preformed would absolutely be reliant on if I received the position or not. This testing isn't ADA compliant, much like personality testing and shouldn't be used in an interview process especially not for a professional position. A company working with Heath Care should know this.
