I applied online. I interviewed at OpenEye in Jan 2016
Interview
Applied through LinkedIn. Contacted by an external HR services employee within 10 days of applying. Set up a phone interview.
It lasted for about 45mins. Interviewed by three Software engineers. Started off by explaining about what they do and what the position entitles. Then I was asked to give a detailed description of my background and experience. Then it was followed by some questions on core Java concepts like access modifiers, final keyword, static inner class. Other questions included "How do you approach to debug when you encounter a problem/error?" , "Tell about a challenging problem you overcame".
Was told that I will be called in for a face to face interview onsite if I get through.
