Interview
There was zero human interaction in a two step interview phase. Everything was automated except for some email correspondence between the work of a candidate case exercise.
The case exercise was extremely tedious and vague. There was a lot of data given and the work that went into completing the exercise was extensive. 1 week was given to complete a two part executive level exercise and my time in the project exceed 30+ hours.
A week after the submission date, I received an automated email that I would not be advancing in the interview stage. Due to the time and effort I put into their exercise, I asked for clarity on this decision. I received feedback on my work that was not accurate to my actual work. It was as if they didn't review my work or had my work confused with someone else.
Their response was also done so as if talking down to me and shut the door for any further consideration.
It was great finding out the negligent and lacklustre nature of this company before getting stuck working them. Considering the time and energy they require of their applicants, be extremely weary of applying here, especially since they can't even review your candidacy accurately.

Interview
After submitting my application, I received a generic group email—not even a personalized response—informing me that I had been selected to move to the next round. The email included a link to schedule a 30-minute meeting with the CRO.
When the meeting began, it quickly became clear that the CRO was disengaged and uninterested. He barely asked any questions and, just five minutes in, shifted the conversation by asking if I had any questions for him. I did, but his responses were curt and gave the impression that he had no interest in having a real dialogue.
A tip for companies: respect candidates' time. If you're going to invite someone to speak, show them the basic courtesy of being present, prepared, and engaged.
