OpenLM interview questions

Online Aptitude/Technical Test Includes MCQs on aptitude, reasoning, CS fundamentals, and basic coding. Coding Round 1–2 DSA problems to be solved within a limited time, typically on an online editor. Technical Interview Questions on data structures, algorithms, OOP, DBMS, Networks, OS, and candidate’s projects. HR Questions about strengths, weaknesses, teamwork, company fit, and attitude.

There was no Online Assessment, only two round of interview based on resume shortlisting. CGPA Criteria was 8+ but everyone shortlisted for interview had 8.5+. 1. Technical +HR Interview: Resume based mostly and 2 Leetcode medium questions. Just the approach. Be confident about your projects and internship experience. Be familiar with the tech stack of your projects. If you have mentioned any CP ratings in achievements then you will be asked tough DSA question. 1 OOPs question, basic. 2. HR+Technical Round: Again Some Resume questions and mostly HR questions.
