      Customer Support Specialist - Cork Interview

      I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at OpenText in May 2016

      Interview

      Applied for the role and, the first contact was fast. Had a screening interview and a face to face interview shortly after. The interview was pretty straight forward and the Technical Support manager was friendly and professional at all times. I was told there would be a decision by the first week of June and I'd hear from them by then. No contact after that. Tried to follow up. The recruiter was on holiday till 6th of June. Tried to follow up by the second week of June. The recruiter don't reply to emails. Contacted the office and tried to reach the HR department. I've been told they are in a meeting and will contact me afterwards. After 2 calls, with one week in between, with the same answer/excuse, seems the meetings there are very long or, they are lying.
