I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at OpenText
Interview
The way HR asked questions felt somewhat direct and lacked professionalism and courtesy. They seemed to make assumptions rather than evaluating based on the actual interview discussion.
Although HR does not have a technical background, they still attempted to discuss technical topics, which may have led to some misunderstandings. They have some bias regarding whether younger candidates could take on senior roles.
Based on this interview experience, the company's overall culture seems somewhat traditional and conservative.
Gut strukturiert.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at OpenText in Oct 2024
Interview
There is a lost of ghosting, it's clear they don't respect applicants. You may get ghosted at any point in the process, and the only answer you will get is the position being reposted over and over.
The process may be somewhat fast - I did 3 interviews in the course of a week, but then even after reaching out they kept saying they were still interviewing... then they reposted the position. I reached out and they said they had filled the position. Something fishy going on here
