Interviewer forgot he had the interview scheduled and joined 10 minutes late and then told me to wait another 15. Then asked two questions and said let’s reschedule. Very unprofessional.

2, in person interview (~1hr) again mainly seemed to assess cultural fit rather than understanding. just asked a few questions about basic concepts...
