During my discussions with Opsio, I was asked to submit original documents as part of the onboarding process. This requirement was not clearly conveyed at the offer stage and only became evident after I checked the detailed process. Since I was not comfortable sharing my original documents, I decided to decline the offer at the discussion stage itself. I would advise future candidates to clarify all onboarding requirements, especially regarding document submission, before proceeding further.
Interview Process:
The interview process had three stages: an online assessment, a technical system design round, and a techno-managerial discussion. Overall, it was structured, detailed, and assessed both technical depth and problem-solving.
