Optimum Clinical Research interview questions

This was the longest interview process I have ever been through. There was first the phone interview, which seemed normal. Then there was the second interview, which was at their office and lasted 1.75 hours and included normal interview questions, a written exam, and a reading comprehension test. Then there was a third interview that lasted 3 hours in a role play like situation.
