3 interviews in total + 1 test of personality. After each interview, even after 2 weeks were passing, no feedback, I had to ask through email and phone calls for the feedback as well as the next steps. After each interview, I waited for 2 weeks and then I kindly remind them for the feedback and then, they were arranged the next interview. At each interview, no one was informed about me so I had to repeat myself and answer the same questions. After the 3rd interview, 2 weeks passed and of course I haven't received any feedback, I saw a new job add for the same role, I asked for feedback through email and I received an automated rejection email. 1 hour for the 1st interview 1 hour for the 2nd interview 1 hour for the personality test 1.30 hours for the 3rd interview 1.5 month in total to know if I will get the job or not, I wonder how much time would that be if I wasn’t pressed for the feedbacks and the next steps.
