Interview questions [1]
Question 1
One of the main questions they asked me was to describe a challenging situation I faced in a previous role and how I handled it. They wanted to understand my problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Optina Diagnostics in Dec 2023
Interview
A 15-minute screening interview.
A 1-hour technical + behavioral interview.
1 HR interviewer and 1 technical interviewer ( he had M.Sc. in deep learning).
The interview process was extremely fast (took 2,3 days)
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The technical interview took around 20 minutes! The interviewers asked 4 very simple and general questions about image processing, deep learning, etc. (one of the questions was not clear).
I don't think this interview could tell anything about someone's knowledge/skills. It seemed like a formality, token interview.
The HR interviewers also seemed highly unprofessional.
