Options Behavioral Health System interview questions

The interview was a short process and the individual who interviewed me was an extremely friendly person. This was a very welcoming environment. The entire HR staff were great to me.

Had a 30 minute phone screen with the director of HR followed by an in person interview. Both conversations went well. I was told I’d hear back by Thursday. They never bothered following up despite me reaching out for confirmation that I was no longer in consideration. Seriously, people, candidates would rather hear “Not interested” than nothing at all.
