Interviewed with internal recruiter and then did online exam. Recruiter stated online exam wasn’t going to be a full determinant of moving forward (it was). Didn’t ever receive a follow up from recruiter, was just send a declination email after test submission a week later.

Asked about past experience, what would make you a good fit for the job etc. First interview with internal recruiter is easy, have to be very on top of mathematics for test portion.
