The interview consisted of two parts, first a personal interview where I was asked about my past experience and the role was described. The second part was an exam on mathematical calculations (many questions in short time)
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Optiver in Apr 2025

It's really hard and need to answer lots of questions under pressure. But you need to keep calm and ask them to clarify the questions. Don't be afraid to ask them. Because I didn't ask a lot and I think that part I lose some marks.
