Extremely long process for the automatic assessment that everyone gets, took over 3 hours to complete and the video technical round was standard for trading positions with a trading game
After I applied they sent me an online screening that had several games and probability questions. The online assessment probably took around 3-5 hours, after which I found out I was not selected to continue.
At least 6 rounds spanning OA, behaviorals/HR, technicals (games), which was scattered through many weeks. Hard to prepare for, aside from prepping mental math and just being ready in the moment.
