The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Orange (London, England)
Interview
They will call more people than they can handle and will make you wait hours before you can give one one test.
I reached their office by 11 and they made me sit for 3 hrs. Whenever I asked why so much time so said that they had only limited number of system.
Only 5-6 people were getting sent after half an hour. There were more than 30+ people waiting so you can imagine how much backlog was there.
Advice to others to please go early else they will make you wait full day for one stupid online test.
Those computer had so many glitches and some of them restart automatically due to loose cable so kindly don't touch any cable with foot by mistake also else all your progress will be lost and they won't give you any extra time also. They cannot reset the timer also.
There is no autosave and you will have to do all the coding again.
The online platform on which they conduct test doesn't even have a compiler and will highlight unnecessary grammatical mistakes.
I don't like revealing question but since they are giving same question to everyone and many people even knew about them so sharing them so that they are forced to change question and atleast put in some effort in preparation for hiring.
Please realise that just because a candidate is there for job doesn't mean you have all the power.
Please don't waste candidate's time and please do some planning. Don't call so many people if you can't handle the footfall.
Advice to candidates : please go early unless you want to keep waiting for hours
Dont touch their pcs unnecessarily they will restart and your progress will be lost. They won't give any extra time to you.
