Orcan Energy interview questions

My interview experience for the Key Account Manager position at Orcan Energy AG was enjoyable and seamless. I went through three rounds, engaging with HR, the hiring manager, the head of sales, and the CEO of the company. I felt an instant connection with all the interviewers, who demonstrated genuine interest in my responses and were well-prepared for my questions. The final face-to-face interview at their Munich office was intense, featuring numerous relevant and focused questions. Additionally, the pleasant touch of good coffee added to the overall positive experience.

Telefonischer Ersttermin eher ungewöhnlich dank der heutigen Möglichkeiten, insgesamt sehr oberflächlich und es wirkte desinteressiert von der Person. Es gab eine kurze Übersicht zum Unternehmen und eine grobe Skizzierung der Aufgaben.
