Oregon School Board Association interview questions

Went in for an interview with four people including the director of the program and hiring manager. I also had to complete a work sample. I had forty-five minutes to summarize an arbitration decision. Everyone was very nice. I was disappointed because I didn't think the job description that had been sent out matched the actual job duties.
