Oregon Tool interview questions

Pretty straightforward, staff was really nice, very good listeners. Asked some meaningful questions and gave me time to respond. Not rushed. It was a good interview. Small office feel which I lean toward.

I initially had a phone screening with the hiring recruiter where they asked me general questions about my experience and why I wanted to work there. After that you go through three rounds of interviewing (if you make it that far). I made it to the second interview. They took a little over a week between interviews to get back to me and set up the next one. Overall a good experience, my only critique is that I was left waiting a little to long to hear back.
