After reaching out, I got an interview with the recruiter where they shared general information about the position and the company. A week later I had a second interview in person at their office. The interview was conducted by a director and an employee that was apart of the team I was applying to be apart of. The director was apart of a different team so I am not sure why he was there. Questions were standard, however they made it clear that their corporate culture is very much aligned with the now traditional silicon valley "work hard, play hard" culture, meaning 10 hour work days but you get free drinks after work sometimes. After a month of waiting I still have yet to hear back, no rejection, no feedback, just ghosted.
