Origins Laboratory interview questions

I was in invited to interview as they found my resume - I did not apply. I show up at the agreed time and the owner, the one who invited me on the phone, seemed to have no idea who I was. I remind him he found my resume. He immediately tells me he is looking for a different candidate. Bizarre and unprofessional experience.

I interviewed directly with one of the owners which gave me a sense of how much the owners valued the company and maintaining a positive company culture. The interview itself was pretty standard and I received a tour of laboratory.
