Lengthy. Met the team multiple times. Asked to do a task. A lot of rounds and time spent presenting etc. felt like the business didn’t know what they wanted the role to be, there was inconsistencies being communicated between HR and the hiring team. Weren’t super respectful of candidates time. Culture felt old school fashion and toxic.
1st is Phone interview with HR, general questions to discuss role, salary expectations and experience.
2nd is video call with pattern maker / manager and discussed own experience, role expectations, salary and team dynamics.
Last interview is in person interview, in-depth conversation of own experience, going through day to day, in depth in fitting style, categories, QA and testing processes.
I applied online. I interviewed at Oroton (Perth, Western Australia)
Interview
Initially a phone screening, questions regarding retail fashion experience and knowledge of the brand then an in person interview at the store. The in person interview focused on questions regarding management experience and situational
questions about customer service.
